How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime — there's no minimum term. Manage or stop your subscription directly from your Revolut or PayPal account, or email us and we'll cancel it for you. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Revolut and PayPal automatically retry a failed charge over a few days and email you to update your payment method. Your FOC stays online during that grace period; access only pauses if the retries don't succeed.
Is my card data safe?
Yes. Card details are entered on Revolut's or PayPal's own secure, hosted checkout — they never touch the Aileron site, so we never see or store them.
Can I switch payment methods later?
Of course. Cancel one and subscribe with the other, or contact us and we'll help you move across without losing your setup.
